Greetings:

How does a community with strong work ethics collaborate to strengthen manufacturing skills gap facing our region and nation?  It happened through the creation of a Regional Manufacturers Association of Florida’s Space Coast (MASC).  MASC joins a network of 14 regional associations statewide under the Manufacturers Association of Florida (MAF).

At the direction of our Industry Council, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (EDC) has created MASC to centralize efforts to drive manufacturing forward. As an economic development organization, we focus on building an environment for the creation of value added jobs in manufacturing and high tech business sectors.

There is so much more to tell you about MASC.  The EDC has representatives available for speaking engagements with community and civic groups; the presentation can be given as a Lunch & Learn or as a primary meeting focus.
