“Mix and Mingle Jingle” Holiday Networking Event

• Donation drive for the National Veterans Homeless Support of Brevard

Date and location: Thursday, December 3, 2015 - 5:30-7:30 p.m. – UNO Pizzeria & Grill – 8260 N. Wickham Rd., - Melbourne, FL 32940 – 321.255.1400 – 20% of sales will be donated to this year’s charity starting November 11th (Veterans Day) thru December 6th.

This year’s charity will be the National Veterans Homeless Support (NVHS) of Brevard. NVHS of Brevard assists our homeless population. Some of their services include; Search & Rescue – street outreach program focused on connecting homeless veterans with the VA & Housing Agencies. Transitional Housing – 17 Beds for Homeless Veterans. Annual Stand Down event. Seasonal Support – hotel stays during inclement weather & Christmas time. PTSA – provides Post Traumatic Stress Awareness to Veterans and the community at large with the help of Mental Health Professionals.

Cost: $25 and must be paid in advance. Space is limited.
Registration will close on November 30, 2015, or when sold out.

Donation Items Needed: Bicycle locks, front and rear bicycle lights; batteries (AA & AAA), men’s socks, toiletries, tarps, tents, $10 & $20 gas cards, miniature propane tanks, canned goods, undergarments (m/w), personal hygiene items, blankets, rain coats.
