Michael O'Neill is General Counsel for Mainstream Engineering Corporation, a research, development, and manufacturing small business located in Rockledge, FL. Mike has more than two decades of experience in the intellectual property (IP) field. He has leveraged vast IP portfolios for global companies through countless design-arounds, reverse-engineering, brand development, and strategic licensing. Through his experience as a patent judge, his years at the USPTO, and in private practice at both IP boutique and multinational general practice law firms, Mike can advise on matters involving intellectual property strategies, practice, and procedure.
