Darrel Stern is the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager & Campus Programs Manager for Embraer North America overseeing their US Recruitment & College Program efforts throughout North America and Mexico.  Darrel has gone onto spend almost two decades as a top performing Talent Acquisition Manager for multi-national companies such as Applied Materials, Bank of America, Novell, Northrop Grumman, Pearson Education, and currently, Embraer Executive Jets in Melbourne, FL.

Darrel relocated to Florida in 2007 from San Francisco after spending the first part of his professional career in the Silicon Valley. Darrel is passionate about connecting people in the workplace and leading high performing teams.  Darrel is a graduate of San Jose State University and holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Management with a minor in Economics.
